Certificate levels description:

Foundation certificate covers:

Practical part: preparation of multi-tier process model in BPMN and process description document compliant with ISO 9001

Theoretical part: Management systems, BPM projects, Modelling, Documenting, IT platforms, Human factors and motivating people for change

Foundation / Professional certificate covers:

Practical part: implementation of one new or re-engineered business process into real organization


Advanced certificate covers:

Practical part: preparation of BPM project kick-off document, process architecture model, management system manual, process cost and simulation report, decision model for BPM platform selection

Theoretical part: process analysis and simulation, enterprise architecture, integration, BPM models, frameworks and standards

Advanced / Professional certificate covers:

Practical part: implementation of BPM initiative into the whole real organization


Certification path:

Mainstream path (foundation, advanced) covers the knowledge, which can be obtained by self-study or attending the training.

Professional path covers the implementation of the BPM knowledge into real organization.

1. Firstly, obtain foundation level certificate (full)
2. You can continue to advanced level or foundation/professional
3. After obtaining advanced level (full), and foundation/processional, you can obtain  advanced/professional level certificate
