First pilot training of ECQA Certified Business Process Manager

First pilot training of ECQA Certified Business Process Manager course according to new SkillCard structure (first version) succesfully performed on 9. and 10. Jun. 2011 at DOBA Faculty of Applied Business and Social Studies Maribor.

Participants' opinions about each learning Unit/Element were gathered and will be incorporated in new version of course materials. Thank to all participants from various Slovenian companies who actively participated and evaluated the course.
