we invite you to the 3-day BPM training, wich will be held in Bucharest, Romania, 3.-5. May 2012. The event is targeted to: project managers, CIOs, quality managers, organization managers, process owners, unit leaders, business analysts, consultants, post-graduate students...

During the training you'll learn how to:

-identify and document business processes,

-model business processes using BPMN technique,

-manage business process projects,

-change the way their employees work and how to motivate them for process reingeneering,

-get familiar with BPM sofware tools. 

The training will combine classroom and virtual lectures (webinars). 

This training is the first step to acquire ECQA Certified Business Process Manager certificate.
