ECBPM - Advanced level online training -start anytime

The registration process for the advanced level of ECBPM online training is now officially open and you can apply anytime.
Are you process analyst, quality manager, or simply eager to learn about BPM (Business Process Management)? Have you finished foundation level of the training and eager to learn more? Then read on.
The online course starts as soon as you register and it lasts 5 weeks.
The training includes:
3 interactive webinars (or self-study)
participation in online e-learning environment (TalentLMS)
sharing knowledge among participants
interaction with tutors
access to the learning materials (PDFs - presentations, student notes, articles, examples, short tests, assignments, video tutorials)
You will learn how to:
analyse business process (in terms of costs, resources and duration)
simulate business processes, prepare simulation scenarios and interpret the results
model enterprise architecture and top level process map
use various BPM tools (e.g. ARIS Express, Bonita Studio or your favourite BPM tool)
prepare a management manual according to ISO 9001:2008 and improve it using other process related standards
integrate business process with various services (e.g. email server)
use various process related frameworks, such as Business Motivation Model, SCOR, VRM, ...

Your involvement: You will have to study learning materials, complete assignments, prepare and submit multiple case studies. Your time: it depends on your previous knowledge. For beginners: 10-20 hours / week.
